Walnuts were once considered The Royal Nut, and with this stain Rod has produced what we consider traditional walnut stain royalty.  If you’ve ever used Mohawk medium brown walnut stain, this is a very similar color, only in a non toxic water based version. We’ve always considered this color to be our go-to warm brown stain. Its suitable for any wood tone, making it the most versatile warm stain in our Designer Series Collection.  As are all of our Designer Series Ultra Premium water based stains, it applies super easy and it’s rich in colorant so it offers exceptional coverage.
